LG has announced the global roll out of its
new LG G4 smartphone and the device
will start shipping in a number of
countries this week.
The LG g4 will launch in Hong Long first
and will the be rolled out to Turkey,
Russia, Signapore and in more European
countries, plus the US, CIS, Southeast
Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Central
America.
LG says that G4 will be available through
around 180 carriers and retailers across
the globe, and will continue its roll-out
throughout June.
In total, more than 180 carriers will sell
the smartphone, LG said. LG and its U.S.
carrier partners haven't provided exact
shipping dates for the U.S. launch, though
it's largely expected to be widely available
in late May or early June.
The device packs a substantially improved
rear camera with an F.18 aperture lens
and 16-megapixel resolution, some of the
most sweet leather backs to ever reach a
smartphone, and a no-heat-issues
Snapdragon 808 powered by a 3,000 mAh
battery.
Once LG has completed the international
release of its new flagship smartphone,
around 180 mobile carriers around the
world will be offering the device.
"The LG G4 is our most ambitious
smartphone yet because it is unlike any
other flagship mobile phone on the
market today", says LG Mobile
Communications Company CEO Juno Cho.
