The instant President Trumps' Twitter account was deleted on Thursday, the nation of Twitter noticed and started tweeting about it. It was gone for 11 minutes. Twitter  at instant said  that it was taken down accidently. The company  later admitted  that the account was actually taken offline by a rogue customer support employee on the person's last day of work. Earlier today Twitter said it had implemented "safe measures" to prevent it from happening again. "We take this seriously and our teams are on it,"  twitter tweeted. Tor Ekeland told The Hill that while the facts of the case are still unclear and the primary law used to prosecute hackers is murky and unevenly applied, there is a reasonable chance the Twitter worker violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Twitter announced Thursday evening that an employee, on his or her last day of work at the company, deactivated President Donald Trump’s notorious Twitter account. The president's account was only absent for 11 minutes before it was restored. In a series of its own tweets, the company said: "We are conducting a full internal review." Through our investigation we have learned that this was done by a Twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee’s last day.
