A mum has been pulled over by police after apparently trying to breast feed her baby while riding a moped.
The young woman was stopped by
police as she drove her bike through the streets of Yuzhou in China's central Henan province, according to Breitbart .
Witnesses said the child, who was around 18 months old, was crying as the mother made her way through traffic.
Seeing the baby in distress she lifted
up her T-shirt and began to feed the infant, supporting him with one hand
while precariously steering her bike
with the other.
A police spokesman said the woman had been risking her and her son's lives, as well as the lives of other drivers.
"We told her that if she carried on we
would confiscate her bike."
The officer let the woman off with a
warning.
