Our first look at Samsung’s Galaxy S9 design .

Samsung prepares to launch its next flagship handset. The phone should come in two versions, just like every Galaxy S phone since the S6 series, and recent rumors said it’ll be similar to last year’s Galaxy S8. The same reports said the rear panel should see some major design changes though, including the inevitable addition of a dual-lens camera. Now, for the first time, a set of images supposedly show the Galaxy S9’s updated design.

Posted over on SlashLeaks but originally found on Weibo, the CAD drawings supposedly belong to the Galaxy S9. We’re looking at an all-screen phone with top and bottom bezels that appear to be far slimmer than the Galaxy S8’s. There’s no way to prove this is a Samsung phone, but the handset does have curved edges, which is a signature feature for Samsung’s flagship handsets.

On the back, there’s a dual camera module that has a vertical orientation rather than a horizontal one, as found on the Galaxy Note 8. Various rumors claimed that the Galaxy S8 will feature a dual lens camera setup, which was first introduced on this year’s Note handset after having been popularized by Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.

What’s also different is the location of the fingerprint sensor, which is positioned beneath the cameras in a more accessible spot. Samsung was criticized before for the awkward placement of the fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S8 and Note 8.

That said, this is just a leak and should be treated accordingly. It could always be a fake, and we’ll probably see more Galaxy S9 leaks in the coming months. A leaker on Twitter by the name of @OnLeaks, who often contests other people’s leaks, says that these new CAD images are fake or perhaps outdated.

The same leaker, however, tweeted renders a few weeks ago that featured the purported design of Samsung’s Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 mid-range handsets. In them, we can clearly see a vertical camera and fingerprint sensor arrangement positioned on the back of the phones. If Samsung is doing that for its cheaper handsets, it could certainly also be planning similar designs for the Galaxy S9 and Note 9.

Windows 10 now on 600 million machines.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella told shareholders that Windows 10 has now passed 600 million monthly active users, picking up 100 million since May of this year. This number counts all Windows 10 devices used over a 28-day period. While most of these will be PCs, there are other things in the mix there: a few million Xbox Ones, a few million Windows 10 Mobile phones, and special hardware like the HoloLens and Surface Hub. The exact mix between these categories isn't known, because Microsoft doesn't say. The company's original ambition (and sales pitch to developers) was to have one billion systems running Windows 10 within about three years of the operating system's launch. In July last year, the company acknowledged that it won't hit that target—the original plan called for  50 million or more phone sales a year , which the retreat from the phone market has made impossible. But at the current rate it should still be on track for somewhere in excess of 700 million use...

WZoneLite – A Pretty Cool WooCommerce Amazon Affiliate Plugin .

Everyone wants to make a million dollars by being a blogger. The promise of riches and internet fame is a big draw to doing it for a lot of people, and I’m sorry to say that the reality of being a blogger (even a professional blogger!) is not quite…as financially lucrative as all that. But that’s not to say that it  can’t be –one of the best ways to start your empire is with an Amazon affiliate plugin. For me, the Amazon Associates program has been one of the biggest earners for me over the years. Not only are there CPM ads like Google Adsense (you know, the normal banner ads we all love to hate), but any time someone clicks a link from your site, you get a percentage of  anything  they buy while the token from your site lasts in their browser. If they buy a song, you get a few cents. If they buy a new MacBook Pro and iPhone? You get…a lot more cents. With that in mind, WZoneLite is a  pretty cool WooCommerce Amazon affiliate plugin that syncs everything together s...

The rise of SERP features Are you assuming a #1 organic ranking is  the  way to get as much traffic as possible? Think again.
